I started Hat Trick Bakehouse because I wanted to offer customers a pastry they could feel good about eating. Coffee and pastry to me is about the experience. My German roots have always made me long for coffee and “cake” in the afternoon - and I wanted exceptional pastries for this occasion. Afternoon coffee and cake is a great way to take a break and rejuvenate for the rest of the day. At Hat Trick Bakehouse, I only offer pastries made with ingredients I would want to eat. No cutting corners. Always pursuing excellence in both ingredients and the final product. I always use organic ingredients when available, as well as grass-fed and pasture-raised dairy and eggs. My menu development is focused on seasonal offerings for the best quality fruits. At Hat Trick Bakehouse, you can be assured that “It’s All Good.”
